Two Pennsylvania borough officials and one former official pled guilty to election fraud offenses after working to “steal” a local election.
United States Attorney David Metcalf announced that MD Nurul Hasan, 48, MD Munsur Ali, 48, and MD Rafikul Islam, 52, all of Millbourne, Delaware County, pleaded guilty Tuesday to election fraud offenses…
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says the defendants conspired and agreed to obtain and use personal identifying information for non-Millbourne residents to register them to vote without their knowledge.
Hasan then used a computer to change voting addresses and, in total, the defendants falsely registered three dozen non-Millbourne residents and cast ballots for them in the 2021 general election using mail ballots.
