“Apportionment & Redistricting”

This useful post by Alec Ramsay tallies state by state how redistricting has affected the partisan balance of each congressional plan. The nationwide conclusion is the same as that of other studies, namely, that the new maps are almost identical to the old maps, in that they continue to be somewhat biased in a Republican direction, in aggregate. But this nationwide stasis masks a number of shifts at the state level, like maps becoming more pro-Republican in AZ, FL, MD, TN, and TX, and more pro-Democratic in IL, NC, NJ, NM, and OR.
