The Network for Responsible Public Policy, a non-partisan educational forum where experts discuss important public policy issues, presents “America’s Vulnerable Elections.”  This session will take a look at the challenges facing our elections, particularly at the structures the country has used for many generations that in an era of hyperpartisanship have become sources of national vulnerability.  Moderated by Pam Fessler the panel includes Edward B. Foley who directs the election law program at The Ohio State University, Lawrence R.
