Cincinnati Enquirer: “Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted Thursday unveiled a new program that will allow registered voters to update their address online, a plan expected to simplify Election Day by substantially reducing the number of troublesome provisional ballots cast.”
If Colorado remains close, this will be an issue to watch—both in terms of the potential for issues with ballot layout/design/voter confusion and the potential for minor or independent candidates to affect the Romney/Obama totals..
