More Coverage of Ninth Circuit VRA Decision

Here. Though Kurt Scheidigger says the case is a slam-dunk for Supreme Court review if there is no en banc, I'm not so sure. The Court turned down the earlier cert. petition in this case, as well as cases raising the same issue from other circuits.
