"Ind. Courts - Supreme Court rules in Lake County early voting dispute [Updated]"

It's not only in Ohio that there's confusion in the courts over last minute election litigation. Check out this post at the Indiana Law Blog. Not to say that the opinion was rushed, but the Court in its order inadvertently left out a couple of "no"'s.
