"ACLU Asks Court to Allow Rejected Absentee Ballot Applications"

The ACLU, siding with Republicans, has issued this press release. I am happy the ACLU is in this fight. UPDATE: The Ohio Supreme Court has unanimously rejected the secretary's position and directed that otherwise compliant absentee ballot applications be accepted.
