Ninth Circuit Decides (Sort of) Purcell Voter Identification Case on Remand from the Supreme Court

You can find a copy of the Ninth Circuit's unanimous opinion here, on remand from the Supreme Court. As I expected, the Ninth Circuit panel was skeptical of plaintiff's arguments against the law. But Judge Schroeder's opinion stresses numerous times that this is a case on a preliminary injunction with a limited record, and that there is much room for plaintiffs to present evidence supporting their claims on remand to the district court.
