Though the headline says that this is a section 5 suit, in fact the complaint itself appears to only state two constitutional causes of action—one for equal protection violations and one for due process violations.
I give the chances of this lawsuit succeeding the same chances I gave to the earlier lawsuits like this—virtually nil.
