Off to William and Mary and to WRTL Oral Argument at the Supreme Court

Blogging will be light over the next few days. I’m off to Williamsburg, first to make a web-casted video for judges on handling election administration cases, then to speak to William and Mary Election Law Society (the only such student group in the country I’m aware of).
I’ll then head up to DC to attend oral argument in the WRTL case at the Supreme Court, and to appear on this CATO panel with Jim Bopp, Marty Lederman, and Kathleen Sullivan.
If all goes well, I’ll be blogging about the case before the CATO panel, presenting my impressions of the argument.
Depending upon internet access, I may be able to do some blogging tomorrow as well.
