“Outside monitor criticizes election board’s security”

AP offers this report, which begins: “CLEVELAND (AP) — The elections board in Ohio’s most populous county failed to provide adequate security for the November election in terms of equipment, staffing and electronic voting, an outside monitor said. The Cuyahoga County elections board failed to secure keys to vote-counting rooms, did not comply with state laws governing bipartisan staffing, left computer users unaccountable by allowing a shared password and experienced an unexplained cable connection to vote-counting computers, according to the critique by Cleveland State University’s Center for Election Integrity.”
