More on the “Bait and Switch in Direct Democracy”

Back in April I linked to Glen Staszewski’s The Bait and Switch in Direct Democracy (Wisconsin Law Review), which dealt, in part with whether Michigan’s anti-same sex marriage law was drafted in a deliberately ambiguous way to allow court arguments against providing benefits to same-sex partners.
