As part of SCOTUSblog’s Podcast series on Supreme Court issues, I gave this audio interview, in which I discuss election law and the Roberts Court, focusing on the recent Purcell case on election administration, the Wisconsin Right to Life campaign finance case (which I expect to be back at the Court, this term or next), and the NAMUDNO case, currently before a three-judge court, which should give the Supreme Court a chance to consider the constitutionality of the renewed section 5 of the Voting Rights Act.
