When one of the judges on the panel asks “How come the state of North Carolina doesn’t want people to vote?” and the other judges raise serious questions, it is possible we will see North Carolina’s new voting rules put on hold by this 4th Circuit panel.

And if that happens, I have every reason to believe North Carolina would go to the Supreme Court.
