You can read the petition at this link. Given the controversial and expansive nature of the Sixth Circuit’s ruling, a stay from the Supreme Court is certainly possible but not guaranteed.  The last time one of the emergency petitions went up on Ohio’s early voting rules, in 2012, the Supreme Court  stayed out.
