From this brief summary, it sounds as though the contribution and spending limits were both struck down. More to come.
It appears that the Texas redisticting case will NOT be decided today. The next day for decisions is WEDNESDAY, not Thursday.
Here is an early AP report on the decisions. They are not posted on the internet yet.
I am still waiting to see the opinions (apparently 4 opinions among the six Justices in the majority along with two dissents). The dissenters are Ginsburg, Souter, and Stevens. More to come. Keep checking back here and as soon as I have the opinions I’ll link ,then analyze.
