A.P. offers this report from New Hampshire, which begins: “The head of New Hampshire’s Republican Party filed an election-law complaint yesterday against the former manager of Manchester Mayor Bob Baines’s unsuccessful re-election campaign. State GOP Chairman Warren Henderson said Geoff Wetrosky signed an affidavit that he intended to live in New Hampshire after the Nov. 8 election, but left for South Dakota. Henderson said Wetrosky’s vote was thus illegal. Republican Frank Guinta upset Baines, a Democrat, in that election.”
