There was much going on in the election law world today (and the NH primary is tomorrow).  To highlight three of my posts from earlier today, I reflected on the Supreme Court’s summary affirmance in Bluman v. FEC (the foreign campaign money case), discussed what is likely to happen in the Texas redistricting case before the Supreme Court, and wrote an oped for CNN entitled, “The Biggest Danger of Super PACs.”
