Today I linked to an editorial in the Chicago Tribune in which the newspaper discussed a pending motion for recusal in a controversial Illinois Supreme Court case involving State Farm.  The only problem, as a reader just alerted me, is that the Illinois Supreme Court dismissed the motion to reopen the case last Thursday. I suppose this could be taken up to the U.S. Supreme Court.
