A snippet: “The Lucas County Democratic Party and Ohio Democratic Party have filed a new federal lawsuit, challenging Secretary of State Ken Blackwell’s memorandum requiring the rejection of certain voter registration forms. The case surrounds Blackwell’s order that counties not accept registration forms delivered in person, unless “Box 10″ is filled in. Box 10 requires voters to fill in either the last four digits of their SSN, or their Drivers’ License number.” I have posted the complaint here.
