USA Today says it was on Friday’s conference list, and so a decision could come as early as Monday morning. If a decision comes Monday, it almost certainly be a cert denial. Why? Because the Court on Friday surprisingly announced three other cert. grants. It is possible that the case will be relisted for a future conference.
