Check out this picture that Mary Dudziak included in her Legal History Blog post on my recent Slate piece on the 10th anniversary of Bush v. Gore (thanks for the kind words about ELB Mary!).
That picture sure brings back a moment in time for me. Do you remember where you were when you heard that the Supreme Court decided Bush v. Gore, ending the 36-day post-election battle between Bush and Gore to be the 43rd President of the United States?
