New allegations casting suspicion on the Tea Party bona fides of a Tea Party candidate in Florida.
By my count, that makes at least six states this cycle, with controversy around allegations of Tea Party fakery in Michigan (off the ballot), Nevada (on), New Jersey (on), Pennsylvania (off) — and the Greens in Arizona (on).
The National Journal has an interesting story today about the Tea Party’s ability to organize without structured leadership — which seems like it may be contributing to the fake-candidate issue.
