For reasons I’ve explained here and elsewhere, I don’t think it is likely the Court will vote to hear the First Circuit case. Linda calls a Court order to hear the case an “opportunity for public education, for engagement with a painful issue, for leadership.” I’d say that she should be careful what she wishes for.
