Prop. 14, California’s Top Two Ballot Measure, Leads 60-27 in Public Opinion Polling: Expect a Lawsuit After It Passes

See this PPIC polling (more here). As I’ve shown, the last time one of these measures lost, the political parties spent virtually nothing to defeat it at the ballot box, but pursued a litigation strategy and won (much to my disappointment).
This time, the parties seem to be following the same playbook. But their chances of winning in court this time around are considerably lower.
