The Columbus Dispatch offers this report, which begins: “A Capital University law professor is the recipient of a $250,000 prize for his scholarly work. Bradley A. Smith, a Granville resident and former chairman of the Federal Election Commission, has taught at Capital since 1993. He is one of four professors or journalists whose conservative-leaning work is being honored by the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation.
