Early in April I linked to a Raw Story series critical of FEC commissioner Caroline Hunter. (See also this response from CCP). One of the allegations in the series was that Commissioner Hunter may have violated her ethical obligations in a declaration submitted in the RNC consent decree suit.
Today Bobby Burchfield, lead counsel for the RNC in that litigation, sent this letter to those quoted in the article critical of Hunter on this issue.
