This BNA report ($) says that Speechnow.org is asking for the DC Circuit to issue the mandate immediately so that the ruling becomes effective now. The story also says that the time to appeal runs until June 24, answering one question I posed the other day in relation to SG Kagan’s potential nomination to the Supreme Court.
