SCOTUSBlog reports that papers will be submitted by the RNC by April 25 (which turns out to be a Sunday).
Even with an expedited hearing, it is hard to see that this case could be decided in time to affect November’s elections, unless the Court sets an extremely expedited briefing and argument schedule, and then decides the case quickly.
