“John Eastman’s ballot title is nixed by judge”

He’s going to be listed as constitutional law attorney, not assistant attorney general.
A campaign email I received tried to spin this as a victory:

Breaking News: After a flurry of legal skirmishes, I’m happy to let you know that John Eastman’s ballot designation will be “Constitutional Law Attorney” This is an extremely strong ballot designation and will clearly set John apart from the other candidates in the race. John is the clear conservative candidate in this contest, a fact emphasized by our approved ballot designation. In this era in which citizens are questioning a vastly over-spending and over-reaching federal government, and movements such as the Tea Party Patriots are springing up like wildfire, Republican voters will especially appreciate an Attorney General who will represent them by enforcing the constitutionally limited powers of government.
