I went out on a limb yesterday and predicted a cert. grant in Doe v. Reed, especially given the new meme on conservative fear of harassment. Well Lyle has just tweeted that cert. was granted.
As I’ve said, this is a fascinating case, raising some really novel issues about the First Amendment’s relationship to the exercise of the right to vote (or, in this case, sign a ballot measure petition).
