Election Law Program Publishes Revised Election Law Manual

The Election Law Program, a joint project of the National Center for State Courts and William & Mary Law School, is pleased to share the 2022 edition of its Election Law Manual. The Manual is organized around substantive election law topics and procedural issues that govern election litigation. Following the continuum of elections, coverage moves from pre-election to Election Day to post-election litigation and also includes discussion of special topics in election litigation. The Manual is available without charge at the Election Law Program’s website at https://www.electionlawprogram.org
