Video of University of New Hampshire Law Review symposium

Last Friday, the University of New Hampshire Law Review held a symposium on “Contemporary Issues in Election Law.” Among those making presentations were Andrew Appel, Jonathan Cervas, Joel Goldstein, Gene Mazo, Derek Muller, Sam Wang, FEC Commissioner Ellen Weintraub, and New Hampshire Secretary of State David Scanlan. I also presented an early working draft of a paper to be published in the law review’s symposium issue, “Total Vote Runoff: A Majority-Maximizing Form of Ranked Choice Voting,” based on an idea developed in correspondence with Eric Maskin. The video of the symposium is now available (my presentation starts at 3:46:25).
