What’s going on in Texas and New York? Also, why should New Yorkers and Texans care about changing the Electoral Count Act? Join us for a discussion of the legislative and procedural challenges faced by election administrators and voters. Which are the most important protections needed to ensure that elections are conducted accurately and securely and that voters can easily and confidently participate? Which protections are most achievable? Which are most worth fighting for? Election administration and the laws and rules that govern it are among the most important building blocks of our democracy. Come hear leading legislators, election administration officials, and election law experts discuss the most important steps forward.
