From the Cincinnati Enquirer:

“The bottom line is Ohioans should know that voter fraud is exceedingly rare,” Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose said. 

LaRose, a Republican, referred those 13 names and 104 others who might have registered to vote illegally because they aren’t citizens to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost for possible prosecution.
