Today’s Court orders make no mention of those cases, even after they have been relisted, making eventual cert grants less likely (though still possible). More likely is that the Court won’t hear the cases, but one or more Justices will write opinions related to the “independent state legislature” doctrine to give a thumb on the scale in future cases.
