NEW: The office of the National Archives tells @NBCNews it received alternate slates of electors from the GOP in 5 states:
AZ
GA
NM
NV
PA

BUT, those slates were not forwarded to Congress b/c the Electoral Count Act allows them to only pass along slates certified by the states.
