Interested Just a Little Bit in Comparative Campaign Finance Law?

I have just written a 16-page chapter, “Regulation of Campaign Finance,” in Vik Amar and Mark Tushnet’s Global Perspectives on Constitutional Law (Oxford University Press (2009) (now available). The chapter contains one principal case, Harper v. Canada (Attorney General) [2004] 1 S.C.R. 827, 2004 SCC 33 (Can.), followed by notes discussing the role of campaign finance law in Australia, Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand, and the U.S.
If you teach an election law course or campaign finance chapter, you can include the short chapter in a reader. For permission to include the chapter, contact the Copyright Clearance Center.
