The Times of Israel reports:  “The New Kings Democrats sent their complaint to the Board of Elections’ Department of Investigations, and to the Brooklyn District Attorney. According to Cowherd, the DA followed up with an initial investigation, but otherwise the complaint was ignored.”

It will be interesting to watch what else, if anything, the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office does in this case.
