The paper-only Election Administration Reports contains an article entitled “Routine Post-Election Audit in Palm Beach County, Florida, Identifies Errors that Reversed Results in Two Election Contests.”

“Dominion Voting Systems acknowledged that a software ‘shortcoming’ caused votes to be assigned to the wrong candidates. The errors were caused by a mismatch between the software which generated the optical scan paper ballots and the software for the central tally system. The synchronization difficulty in the software is being addressed in a newer version of the software.”

Let’s hope it is “addressed” before November.
