I think it is pure fantasy to suggest anyone in the Citizens United majority would vote differently on a challenge to the SpeechNow decision, which relied on Citizens United to find a right of individuals to make unlimited contributions to independent only expenditure committees (Super PACs).
Now before a new progressive Supreme Court is another matter entirely.
