The NYU Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, the Brennan Center, and the ABA’s Center for Professional Responsibility are one month out from a great-looking symposium on judicial recusal after Caperton.  Looks like a wonderful lineup, including academics, advocates, and a significant number of judges and justices.
