A federal court in Colorado has blocked Colorado from applying its reporting and disclosure law to a small nonprofit weighing in on a ballot measure.  The Coalition for Secular Government argues for separation of church and state; its policy paper urging a “no” vote on a personhood measure was insufficient to subject it to Colorado’s reporting and disclosure law.  The Coalition describes the case here.
