Bloomberg BNA: “A Republican-leaning organization that sponsors political advertising asked a federal judge April 5 to stay a recent ruling, which could require it and other, similar organizations to disclose their donors (Van Hollen v. FEC, D.D.C., No. 11-766, 4/5/12; 3232 MPR, 4/2/12).”
An appeal is coming, and if the district court judge denies the stay, the D.C. Circuit could grant it, pending appeal.
