See here.  That’s not my reading of the Supreme Court’s and lower courts’ disclosure decisions, so I look forward to seeing a more detailed constitutional analysis.  And if any serious vagueness questions arise, I would be that Congressman van Hollen’s office would work to minimize those problems.
