Interesting: “But Strickland told me this week that he had returned much of the money from his Senate account to donors. A day later, he reported having raised more than $300,000 on the first day of his congressional campaign. It will be interesting to see how much, if any, of that money went back and forth between one Strickland committee, the Stanislaus County GOP, and a new Strickland committee.”
