“FEC Deadlocked on ‘Express Advocacy’ In Groups’s Ad During N.H. Senate Race”

BNA: “The Federal Election Commission revealed Oct. 21 that it deadlocked on an enforcement matter concerning whether a New Hampshire nonprofit should have reported as independent campaign expenditures an estimated $125,000 spent on TV ads before a U.S. Senate primary in New Hampshire last year.”
