As Congress considers dramatic cuts to the P&A system – a congressionally created network of nonprofits serving people with disabilities, including in voting access _— the BPC has a new primer on what the P&A system is and does.  It’s a small but mighty program with a massive amount of leverage for the disability community, punching far above its weight.
