In a sealed order issued Tuesday, a panel of the DC Circuit reportedly “rejected an emergency bid by former President Donald Trump to block several top aides from testifying in the special counsel investigation of his effort to subvert the 2020 election.”  It’s not immediately clear which aides’ testimony were covered by the order.

Separately, but very much related, Pence has decided that he will not appeal a court order requiring him to testify to the grand jury but apparently limiting the topics about which he can be required to testify.
