Interview with me on “On the Media:” “The Imminent Threat of Election Subversion”

Listen to the audio of this segment:

The story of Arizona’s almost year-long quest to undermine its own election results is less like a coda, and more an overture of what’s coming for America’s election system. Some of the threats facing American democracy, like voter suppression, have been widely covered and denounced. But Rick Hasen, the Chancellor’s Professor of Law and Political Science at the University of California, Irvine and co-director of the Fair Elections and Free Speech Center, says that those laws are just one piece of the story. He spoke with guest host Sacha Pfeiffer this week about his new essay detailing what American voters are facing, and why election subversion is our democracy’s newest enemy.

This is a segment from their September 24th, 2021 program, The Subversion Playbook.
